Our on-demand services are easily accessible through two main channels:
- LSUK Client Portal App: You can use our dedicated LSUK client portal application to instantly start an audio or video call with an interpreter whenever required.
- Dedicated Telephone Line: Simply dial our dedicated telephone line (e.g., coming Soon), enter your authorization code followed by the specific language code, and we will connect you to the right interpreter instantly.
This on-demand setup is designed to be seamless, ensuring you receive immediate language support without the need for prior scheduling.
How to Retrieve Your Authorization & Language Codes
- Operators: Log in using your operator account and navigate to the LSUK Meet section from your dashboard. Your authorization code and language codes will be listed there.
- Managers: Use the dedicated link to access the On-Demand Interpreting section. Here, you can select an operator, choose a language, and set up any specific preferences.
